Welcome to El Tigre Waterfalls! By visiting our property, booking a tour, or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature and Risk Disclaimer
El Tigre Waterfalls is a natural attraction with rivers, waterfalls, suspension bridges, steep trails, and changing weather conditions. Entry and participation in our activities are at your own risk. Visitors must follow all safety instructions and signage. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from negligence or failure to follow the rules.
2. Physical Requirements
Our main trail covers approximately 8 km and includes steep slopes, stairs, and uneven terrain. A moderate level of physical fitness is required. The hike is not suitable for individuals with limited mobility, heart conditions, or other medical restrictions. Horseback riding has a weight limit of 110 kg.
3. Children and Minors
Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and supervision of their children.
4. Weather Conditions
Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by our team. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless we cancel the activity ourselves.
5. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Group and private experiences may require advance notice and special arrangements.
6. Property Rules
No littering, smoking, or loud music is allowed on the trails or natural areas. Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized. Alcohol consumption is not allowed during tours.
7. Photography and Media
By entering our premises, you grant El Tigre Waterfalls permission to use photos or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform our staff in advance.

💰 REFUND POLICY – EL TIGRE WATERFALLS
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting our operation.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Less than 48 hours before tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
2. Cancellations by El Tigre Waterfalls
In the rare case that we must cancel a tour (due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your visit.
3. Group or Private Bookings
Different terms may apply for group packages or private events. These will be specified in your custom agreement or quote.
4. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@eltigrewaterfalls.com within 7 days of the original booking date or scheduled visit.
